Access
Just 45 minutes from Córdoba Airport, its location is ideal to explore northern Argentina. Located at the foot of the Sierras de Córdoba and surrounded by nature, this unique place in the pampas offers one of the most authentic and spectacular escapades in northern Argentina.

Gastronomy
In our restaurant La Table ‘El Colibri, each dish is made with products harvested from our organic vegetable garden, or from our fruit trees. Our local products add a unique touch to each creation. From bread to pasta, our dishes are 100% homemade.
For dinners, we offer a gourmet menu with traditional dishes or our famous Argentinian barbecue. A few years ago, the Argentinian magazine Lugares declared it the best Argentine barbecue.
For lunches, depending on the season, the chef prepares the dishes directly in the garden in front of you, always using products grown on our farm or vegetable patch. Imagine having a family lunch while admiring the Sierras de Córdoba or at the Club House after watching a Polo match.

La Maison – R&C Villa
La Maison, our Relais & Châteaux villa, was for many years the family home of our owners, Raoul and Stéphanie Fenestraz.
Hosting up to 12 guests in its 5 rooms, this 600m² house is located a few steps away from Estancia El Colibri and offers all the comfort of a modern residence in the Argentinean countryside, with panoramic views of the Santa Catalina River.

Estancia El Colibri has a fitness room with modern equipment, so you can relax and stay fit during your vacation. Our equipment includes weights, treadmills, static bikes. If you are a yogi, do not hesitate to use our inflatable ball outside the room.
