Estancia El Colibri was amazing, we stayed at La Maison, the house on the property. It was a wonderful retreat and we could have our meals there or at the hotel. The food was amazing. When people talk about eating local, they do this and in style. The staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. We got laundry done too, which was helpful on a longer trip. And finally the riding, I don’t think I have ever seen horse-riding daughter so happy. She rode 3x a day. The Gaucho we amazing. We walked each day, it was a true Argentina experience.

A dream place, where you can immerse yourself in an experience for all the senses. It is a rural stay set to perfection. Good taste, warmth, excellent cuisine. An ideal place to unplug, horseback riding, yoga, farm, spa.
I made the trip as a family made up of nine adults and five children, a short but totally welcoming stay where they received us with great warmth and professionalism, they were attentive to all the needs of the different members of the family. A highly recommended and rewarding experience where everyone had a great time!!! Thank you very much to all!!! We will return for sure.
It was a fantastic and very special few days thanks to the staff, who went out of their way to make the stay special. I loved all the little details and surprise experiences, from horseback riding to wine tastings.
The Colibri is a place to celebrate. The warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel at home. The harmony of the environments and the different landscapes transmitted us the peaceful serenity of the countryside and the hills of Cordoba. The attention to detail, from arrival to departure, made the difference and invited us to return. It was a pleasure to be there.

The attention of all the staff was excellent, led by Gaby. All super attentive. Leo in charge of the kitchen, spectacular, everything was delicious. The hotel is beautiful, everything was impeccable. The ambience, the decoration, the facilities, the spa, the gym, the farm, the orchard, the horses, the food, everything was great. We will be back!

We lived 4 unforgettable days, surrounded by nature and animals, in a dream lodge. Attended by warm, loving and kind people, who made our stay a wonderful experience and we are eager to repeat. The place is excellent. It is located in a spectacular area and has all kinds of activities to stay at the hotel or to go for walks in the area. The service is excellent. Paragraph apart for the horses that are available to guests. They are Creole horses, gentle in gait but also well disposed to gallop. You can tell they were selected by experts.
Fantastic stay, beautiful room, awesome location, interesting food, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.
