Here, the horses roam free and hundreds of bird species keep you company throughout the day. With its mild climate all year round and its setting, deep in nature yet only an hour from downtown Córdoba, the estancia is the perfect place to rest and reconnect with nature and animals.

Three to six hours in the saddle, every day
Each day unfolds at your own pace: two half-day rides, or a full day in the saddle with a picnic in the middle of the pampa.
Ride after ride, guided by our gauchos, you discover the landscapes surrounding the estancia, our organic farm and our orchards, with the Sierras de Córdoba on the horizon.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, the program is tailored to your level, in a small group or privately.

The criollo horse, companion of the pampa
Hardy, agile and gentle-natured, the criollo is the gaucho’s horse. It follows your lead with confidence, whether you are riding for the first time or have ridden all your life.
Galloping on its back across the Sierras de Córdoba is to feel all the freedom of Argentina’s wide-open spaces.
A holistic experience
Don André organic farm
The program includes a visit on horseback to our Don André farm with our gauchos. Depending on the season, you may milk Margarita, our cow, pick fruit or collect the day’s eggs.
Fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown here for our restaurant. Horses, sheep, goats, llamas, cows, ducks and chickens are raised with respect for the animals and their environment. The farm is EOV-certified for soil regeneration, and our Aberdeen Angus herd is grass-fed.
At the table, most of the produce comes straight from the farm: an authentic way to taste the Argentine art of living.
