La Table du Colibrí invites you to enjoy the freshness of homemade cuisine, prepared with products from our orchard and vegetable garden, from our garden of aromatic herbs, and from the cattle that we carefully raise to obtain first-class meat and milk. Every day our Chef creates delicate dishes using the best raw materials that range from the jam you will enjoy during breakfast to handmade ice creams, beef or lamb, vegetables or farm-fresh eggs.

 

WINE CELLAR

In our wine cellar you will find the best wines of different Argentine regions (Mendoza, Salta, Patagonia), each of them with a distinctive personality. In our wine tasting evenings you will be the main character in a trip around a variety of flavors through the wine road, accompanied by assorted cold cuts from Colonia Caroya (the best in the country), and homemade cheese from different regions.
