The best place in the world for dove hunting is just fifteen minutes away from El Colibrí

Cordoba is well known as the world’s first place for dove hunting. There are no different seasons for this activity during the year. A recent study performed by Cacería Argentina y Recursos Naturales estimates that the dove population accounts for more than 32 million units.

We offer you the chance to live a typical hunting day, starting at around 8 a.m. Hunters will have their own bird boy, who will provide them with cartridges, and will also serve as their pick boy. At midday, the group will get together in a shelter in the middle of the trees to enjoy a traditional Argentinean asado and to take a nap on hammock. Later on, hunting will continue till 6 p.m. and at night, you will be able to taste your hunt at La Table du Colibrí. You will have fresh drinks available and the careful attention of your guides during the hunting day.
